Just a quick update on my note of 31/12/2009 as I don't think it does this company justice. For some reason I had problems receiving emails - what did Coppermasters do? Phoned me from Portugal to keep me updated. The parcel arrived even quicker than suggested. The Cataplana and the other products I have bought are superb. Excellent company, truly outstanding service.
